Accounting resumes are read for accuracy before anything else. This example shows how a senior accountant can prove reliability with numbers: closing deadlines, audits passed and hours saved by automation.

Lead with the standards and systems you use
Name IFRS or national standards, the tax regimes you handle and the ERP you work in (1C, BAS, SAP). Recruiters filter by these words first.
Show the size of what you handle
Number of legal entities, monthly transactions, the turnover of the company. "Closed books for 3 entities with 2,000 transactions a month" says more than "responsible for accounting".
Count the time you saved
Month-end close shortened from 10 to 6 days, reconciliations automated, audit findings reduced: these are the results managers remember.
Keep certificates current
ACCA, CAP/CIPA or a recent IFRS course belong in their own section with dates. An expired certificate is better left out.
